DISTILLAZIONEUtilizzando i migliori ingredienti naturali, i distillatori coordinano ogni singolo momento del processo di distillazione; ogni botte viene riempita, pesata e marchiata manualmente prima di essere riposta per molti anni nei tradizionali magazzini “dunnage” per la fase di maturazione. Il Peat Smoke è prodotto solo in piccoli lotti con orzo fortemente torbato.
COLOREDorato
PROFUMOAl naso il fumo è ben presente, con aromi di vaniglia e un leggero tocco di scorza di agrumi. Successivamente si sviluppano sentori di mele e cioccolato bianco.
SAPOREAl palato è morbido, con la quercia tostata in evidenza accompagnata da miele e frutta matura. Continua su ricordi di burro e marshmallow che si chiudono sul sorbetto al limone.
NOTELa distilleria Benromach è stata per anni la più piccola tra quelle tutt’oggi funzionanti nello Speyside. Produce whisky con metodi fedeli alla tradizione. Vengono usati solo il malto più pregiato e l’acqua più pura. Il Benromach Organic è il primo single malt whisky ad essere stato pienamente certificato dalla “Soil Association” britannica. L’intero processo produttivo e l’invecchiamento sono certificati secondo i rigorosi “Organic Standard”. Fondata nel 1898, la distilleria è stata chiusa molte volte e cambiata di mano fino al 1993, quando è stata acquisita da Gordon & MacPhail, che l’ha letteralmente salvata dalla distruzione totale. Ufficialmente, la distilleria è stata aperta nel 1998. Attualmente Benromach è uno dei vanti di “Gordon & McPhail”. Tutti i whisky single malt Benromah differiscono per personalità, brillantezza, gusto ricco e morbido, con belle note fruttate e leggermente dolci di malto. Il tutto in perfetta armonia con il profumo del fumo, tipico del whisky scozzese single malt di alta qualità.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.   • Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
