‘Etna rosso DOC Contrada Feudo di Mezzo Cottanera arriva dai terreni vulcanici e alluvionali dell’Etna che regalano a questo vino struttura e aromaticità. La cantina vinicola Cottanera coltiva i suoi vigneti alle pendici dell’Etna, su suolo lavico, in un territorio unico e suggestivo. I 65 ettari di vigne di questa prestigiosa azienda si trovano a Castiglione di Sicilia, in provincia di Catania, a 700 metri sul livello del mare. Qui il microclima, con frequenti escursioni termiche, consente la maturazione ideale dei grappoli. L’Etna rosso DOC Contrada Feudo di Mezzo Cottanera è prodotto esclusivamente con uve autoctone Nerello Mascalese. Cottanera cura tutte le fasi della vinificazione con passione artigianale. La vendemmia viene fatta a mano, la macerazione e la fermentazione sono a temperatura controllata. Il vino invecchia in botti di rovere francese e affina in bottiglie di vetro per ben 18 mesi. Da questa viticoltura di frontiera si ricava un ottimo rosso equilibrato, intenso, tannico, ma anche molto elegante e di grande longevità.
Scorre l’Etna nella linfa dei vigneti di Cottanera che, con la sua viticoltura di frontiera, rappresenta una delle più interessanti realtà del panorama enologico italiano e internazionale. Quelli di Cottanera sono vigneti che sorgono sulla pietra lavica, a 700 metri sul livello del mare, lungo le pendici settentrionali del vulcano e che si avvitano con il respiro dell’Etna diventando lo specchio di un territorio unico, prezioso, suggestivo e ricco di fascino.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
