Bastianich Vespa Bianco Fiore all’occhiello dell’azienda Bastianich, il Vespa Bianco è stato creato per mettere in risalto la potenza e l’evoluzione che un grande bianco friulano può raggiungere. Il Vespa riesce a trascendere la somma delle sue parti, confermandosi un vino di complessità e longevità fuori dal commune. Fiuli Fiuli Le uve provengono dalle vigne situate nelle zone collinari di Premariccio, Cividale del Friuli e Prepotto. 45% Chardonnay, 10% Picolit, 45% Sauvignon Le varietà che compongono il Vespa Bianco fermentano separatamente, per il 50% circa in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata e per il restante 50% circa in botti di rovere da 5 e 40 ettolitri. A fine fermentazione, mantenendo la maggior parte dei lieviti, inizia un lungo periodo di “batonnage” e successivo imbottigliamento. L’affinamento in bottiglia completa il vino prima della sua commercializzazione. Uno stretto equilibrio di note minerali e agrumi, che nel tempo si trasformano in una più densa sensazione di fiori, miele e pera matura. La sua struttura lo rende di impatto immediato, oltre a conferirgli longevità. Carni bianche come pollo o tacchino arrosto e anche vitello o maiale. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
