BAGLIO DI PIANETTO- FUSHA’- IGT TERRE SICILIANE – BRUT VINO SPUMANTE BIOLOGICO Le uve, selezionate con cura, vengono sofficemente pressate e sottoposte a 48 ore di decantazione statica a bassa temperatura. Il succo così ottenuto viene fatto fermentare a temperatura controllata; In primavera, la base spumante viene travasata in autoclavi, dove, grazie all’aggiunta di lieviti, ha luogo una seconda fermentazione che innesca il processo spontaneo di trasformazione degli zuccheri residui, da cui si origina l’anidride carbonica che conferisce al vino il delicato perlage Sicilia Tenuta Pianetto, Santa Cristina Gela Palermo (PA) Cresce su suoli a medio impasto e argillosi ad un’altitudine di circa 650 m s.l.m Uve bianche siciliane Dopo un’accurata selezione manuale delle uve queste subiscono una pressatura soffice a uva intera. La prima fermentazione avviene a basse temperature in vasche d’acciaio, la seconda in autoclave per almeno 3 mesi. Segue l’imbottigliamento isobarico e il vino affina in bottiglia per altri 3 mesi. Dal colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini, il nostro Fushà brut presenta un perlage fine e persistente e intensi sentori agrumati e di fiori bianchi. Al palato è vivace ed equilibrato, con un interessante finale sapido. È il vino ideale per accompagnare un aperitivo leggero e si sposa bene con i carpacci di pesce e con i crostacei. 7°C 750 ml 0,125 IGT Terre Siciliane
