Il Roero Arneis DOCG di Gabriele Scaglione è ottenuto da uve 100% Arneis, prodotte in quantità limitate. A colpo d’occhio brilla nel suo giallo paglierino con riflessi leggermente ambrati. Inoltre, al naso sprigiona un bouquet intenso ma al tempo stesso delicato, con note di fiori e frutta. Infine, al palato è fresco, asciutto e piacevolmente erbaceo.

Il nome già dà un buon consiglio, ma i tre puntini di sospensione aprono un piccolo mondo. Perchè se è vero che questo Roero Arneis si accompagna perfettamente alla cucina di mare in tutte le sue sfaccettature, è altresi vero che può diventare eccellente compagno di tavola da abbinare anche a piatti di terra, primi piatti di verdure, uova, carni bianche e formaggi.

Ma per rimanere in campo ittico avete riconosciuto questo bel pesce di mare dalle intense striature raffigurato in etichetta? Eh già, è proprio lui, il branzino (o spigola che dir si voglia), il gustoso pesce dalle carni morbide e bianche, versatile in cucina e gustoso in qualsiasi modo si desideri cucinare. Al cartoccio con olive e patate, alla griglia con verdure di stagione e un filo d’olio d’oliva, al forno sommerso dal sale grosso, questo meraviglioso prodotto del mare saprà rendersi protagonista della vostra tavola. E un calice di Roero Arneis non potrà che completare il capolavoro.
